1/ The Chairman advised on discussions at a joint meeting held at Wheatley Hill regarding anti-social behaviour.
It was noted that problems being experienced were the same throughout  all of the Parishes present and the need for better contact and communication between the Police and the public was stressed .The Police agreed to hold regular surgeries, including the Partnership Organisations that existed in each village. Members were keen to see the two Trimdon Parishes working together ,despite being within different District boundaries.

2/ Police matters: PC Neil Johnson gave a update on incidents since the last meeting; much the same, youths causing a nuisance, but a member said of an incident where a pigeon loft had been burned down and five pigeons found strangled, also fifteen missing .
The members asked about the incident that had occurred that very same day, and he said he would give us a full report at the next meeting.

3/ Members of the public reported the disgrace of the rear of Station Road East and presented photographs which were given to District Councillor Joan Freak, who said she would give them to the environmental officer

4/ Power Supply to the Sports Changing Facilities: Chris Bell was still in discussion with N.E.D.L regarding this matter.

5/ We have had a offer of £27,000 from East Durham Ground Work Trust for the Recreation Ground to update facilities for youths etc
